Sexy Hair And Amazing Makeups To Go With Your Prom Dress

As we approach that time of year again, many young shoppers begin to look for just the perfect dress to make prom night perfect. It is important to make sure what you choose is going to set your dress off to the best advantage. Your hair do should be one that makes you look sexy but in a subtle way. You do not want to choose something that is wild and draws attention to your hair rather than to you. The choices you make for your special night should be ones that will make you look your very best and that blends in well with the rest of your features.

One of the first things you want to do is make sure the hair do you choose is one that goes well with the shape of your face. If you have a round face or one that is a little bit on the full side you don’t want to choose a hair do that is going to make it appear rounder or fatter. You want to be able to draw attention away from your face and to the sexy hairstyle that you choose. The shape of your face will determine that kind of hairdo that is best for whether that is an updo, partial updo or something that is longer and flows down your back. Of course, if you have short hair that will make a difference as well.

You do not want to make the mistake of overdoing your make up just because it is your prom. There is no need to choose an eye shadow that is the exact color of your dress, especially if your dress happens to be a bright color. Subtle and earth tones always look better no matter what time of the day it may be. You always look sexier if you wear just enough make up to enhance your features rather than change them. You do not want to draw attention to your make up but to your face and the rest of your features.

Both your hair and your make up should be able to set off the beauty of your prom dress. You want to choose a dress, hairstyle and make up that will make you look your very best without drawing attention to any one part of your features. For instance, if you are fair skinned choose pastel colors rather than bright colors and do not use dark colors on your lips or nails. Do not use this time to use a nail color that is going to draw attention to your nails rather than your dress and face. Everything you wear should blend in subtly and not take away from any other part of your dress, hair or makeup.
